For my entire life I’ve found joy in

physical activity and play..

I love running, sports of all kinds, outdoor exploration, and hard manual labor. I have always had a passion for movement of the body of all kinds. I was a runner since the age of 10, a passionate tree and rock climber, I later pursued my college education in health and fitness and became a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and yoga teacher. My drive for learning and academia lead me on a path to study physical therapy, and dive deeper into body function, movement, and rehabilitation.

In 2004-2005 I had the opportunity to..

Work with athletes

at the University of Michigan as a member of the strength and conditioning staff. It is here I gained a passion for working with athletes, optimizing their performance, and watching them excel. After graduating with my doctoral degree in physical therapy I completed a year residency program in Sports Medicine, working with some of the best physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons and sports physicians in the country at Proaxis Physical Therapy (now ATI) and Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolina’s.

I received my SCS…

Sports Certified Specialist certification in 2010

and have spent the following years learning from some fantastic and brilliant mentors.

I have focused my practice on..

Full body biomechanical and neuromuscular analysis

and solving movement problems with highly skilled manual therapy (hands-on) treatment interventions, and specifically designed exercise programs.
